What Does This Mean?

The Phone company was advertising new reduced call rates and seemed to imply that Ugandans are motor-mouths.

But more importantly, why didn't the head of advertising fire the bastard that came up with this. Its funny but its also insulting and vulgar.

Because I had to lend Martin 100,000/= for doctors' fees. He was getting some third leg happiness in the back of a cab when when there was a sudden shout. Apparently she'd looked up and seen the thing, prompting her mind to tell her lips to relax.Unfortunately Martin's business was way down her throat but as she relaxed Martin offloaded. This triggered an almost instant reaction where the brain told the body that it was drowning in fluid and so to clamp all orifices. The jaw slam shut. There was a scream. I got a phone call. I went to the ATM.... I hate MTN.
