Uganda Lays wrong ICT cable - Experts. was the headline in Uganda's leading daily Newspaper, "The New Vision" a few days ago. so when does it grow old to have all this drama happening in your country?
Is it amusing to anyone elsewhere in the world that my country is laying the wrong fibre optic cable and despite the Government's instructions, the contractor continuously digs on and lays more cable irrespective?
